Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the joy9 platform and all associated services. By browsing the joy9 website, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

joy9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time at its own discretion. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms. It is therefore advisable to review this page before each visit.

Eligibility and Age Requirement

All joy9 services are available only to individuals who meet the following conditions:

1. The applicant must be 21 years of age or older. All joy9 services are strictly prohibited for minors.
2. The applicant must operate the account in their own name as a real individual.
3. Only one account may be opened — multiple accounts under the same person are not allowed.
4. Users must provide accurate personal information honestly and keep that information up to date at all times.

Companies and Organisations

Operating an account on behalf of any business, organisation, or third party is not permitted. The account is always for the sole personal use of its actual owner.

Geographic Restrictions

joy9 reserves the right to temporarily restrict or suspend accounts operated from certain territories. It is the user's responsibility to verify whether using joy9 is permitted from their location.

Account Registration

All information provided when opening an account on joy9 must be accurate, complete, and genuine. If registration is carried out using false or misleading information, joy9 reserves the right to close the account at any time and forfeit any funds held in it.

Identity Verification (KYC)

joy9 may at any time request a national identity card or other government-issued document to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. This process is carried out for the user's own security.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and login details confidential. If any unauthorised access occurs, notify joy9's support team immediately. Sharing account details with others is strictly prohibited.

• Only one account may be opened with a single email address or mobile number.
• If multiple family members use the same device or network, each account may need to be verified as distinct.
• Transferring or selling the account to another person is prohibited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

joy9 supports three mobile banking methods for financial transactions: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• The mobile number used for a deposit must match the number registered on the account.
• Deposits from third-party accounts or another person's mobile wallet are not permitted.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly, but if there is a technical delay please contact us via live chat.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• The mobile number used for a withdrawal must be registered on the account.
• Large withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• To withdraw funds earned from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met (see Section 5).

Bonuses and Promotions

joy9 offers various promotional offers, each of which may have its own terms. The main bonus rules are set out below.

Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000, making the total balance ৳3,000, and to become eligible for withdrawal, ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only — the same person, household, or device cannot claim the same bonus on multiple accounts.
• joy9 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at its discretion.
• A bonus that has been awarded cannot be transferred to another account.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement for a bonus is met, the bonus and all funds earned from it will be forfeited.
• Attempting to take advantage of bonuses through unusual betting patterns may result in the account being suspended.

VIP Programme

joy9's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze and up to 0.8% at Diamond. Cashback is paid at the set rate on the week's net losses. Example: if a Gold member's net loss for the week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets and playing casino games on joy9.

Sports Betting

• Any bet not placed before a match or event begins will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• joy9 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
• A reference number will be displayed before any bet is confirmed — keep it for your records.
• For in-play betting, bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.

Casino and Slots

• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which cannot be predicted.
• If a connection is lost during a game, the bet will be settled in the state it was in at that point — the game provider's server record is considered final.
• For live casino, the dealer's decisions and the studio's rules apply.

Betting Limits

joy9 may set minimum and maximum bet limits on specific games or markets. These limits may change from time to time.

Fair Use Policy

joy9 is committed to maintaining a fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and, if detected, may result in permanent account closure:

• Using any software, bot, script, or automated method to place bets or operate games.
• Colluding with other users to attempt to influence game outcomes.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person to claim bonus benefits.
• Selling or renting an account or funds in an account to another person.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to joy9's systems or carrying out a cyberattack.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling of illegal funds.

joy9 monitors all transactions and playing patterns. If unusual activity is identified, joy9 may place an account under investigation without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

joy9 makes every effort to keep its platform running and secure, but joy9 will not be held responsible in the following situations:

• If a user's experience is disrupted due to internet connectivity issues.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by server or technical errors on the part of a third-party game provider.
• If account information is leaked due to the user's own negligence.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government directives).

joy9's maximum liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount of the transaction in question.
