joy9 VIP Program — Complete Guide to Weekly Cashback and Special Benefits
joy9 rewards regular players with weekly cashback. Cashback rates increase gradually across five VIP tiers from Bronze to Diamond. Each tier comes with its own set of benefits.
Five VIP Tiers and Their Cashback Rates
The joy9 VIP Program has five tiers in total. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate — the higher the tier, the greater the benefit. See each tier's name and cashback rate at a glance in the cards below.

How Cashback Works Each Week
At the end of each week, joy9 calculates your total losses and total winnings for that week. The difference between the two is called your net loss. Your VIP tier's cashback rate is then applied to that net loss.
Simply put — if you came out ahead in a given week, cashback does not apply for that week. Cashback is only paid out when there is a net loss at the end of the week.
The cashback credited to your account works just like your regular balance. You can use it in any section — slots, live casino, or cricket betting.
Example — Cashback Calculation for a Gold Member
In this example, the maximum weekly cashback for a Gold member is ৳100. Members at higher tiers will receive more cashback on the same loss.
How to Move to a Higher Tier
Tier changes in the joy9 VIP Program depend on your overall activity. There is no single fixed number — what matters most is your regular participation and consistent play.
Regular Participation
Placing bets regularly and staying active across different games helps improve your VIP standing. Slots, live casino, or sports betting — activity in all sections counts.
Staying Consistent
Consistent play over time is more effective than a single large bet. Staying active every week increases your chances of moving up a tier.
Playing Across Different Sections
Rather than sticking to just one section, using different games and betting options on joy9 may speed up your VIP progress.
Keeping Your Account Active
Long periods of inactivity can affect your VIP standing. Stay active by logging into your joy9 account regularly.
Special Benefits for VIP Members
Beyond cashback, joy9 VIP members enjoy certain additional benefits. The higher the tier, the broader the range of benefits.
Priority Support
Questions and requests from higher-tier VIP members are resolved more quickly. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English.
Faster Withdrawal Processing

Exclusive Promotional Offers
VIP members receive access to special offers and promotions from time to time that are not available to regular account holders.
Early Access to New Games
When new games are added to joy9, higher-tier VIP members may get the opportunity to access them before they are widely available.

Special Occasion Rewards
VIP members may be eligible for extra rewards during various festivals or tournaments. These benefits vary by tier.

Log in to joy9Play Responsibly — Cashback Is Never a Reason to Play
Important: Placing more bets in hopes of earning weekly cashback is a poor decision. Cashback only returns a small portion of your net loss — it is not a way to recover losses. Enjoy your joy9 VIP benefits, but never play beyond your budget.
Play for fun — not for cashback. Set a weekly or monthly budget for yourself and stay within that limit. If you feel that your play is getting out of control, read the responsible gaming page — it covers various ways to get help in detail.
Full details about the VIP Program can be found in joy9's terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.
